We are a fee-paying service based on a sliding scale dependent on income. In the case of financial hardship, please ask to speak to someone from our administration area.
Pre-payment
We ask that you would please pre-pay at reception before your appointment. We have credit card and EFTPOS facilities available.

Minimum fee: $40.00 (including pension / healthcare card holders)
For all appointments the schedule is based on a combined household income.
Counselling for couples or families incurs an extra $10 per session.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment please notify the office at least two working days in advance. A fee of $30 will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations without adequate notice. Unforeseen circumstances will be taken into account.
