Riverview's Community Visitors Scheme works in association with Southcare to provide visitors to Aged Care Facilities through out the South East Metropolitan region. Volunteers are paired with a resident who may have little contact with family or friends and are asked to befriend and visit this person at least once a fortnight.
You really can make a difference in someone else's life simply by spending time with them. The Scheme is looking for people who would enjoy building a one-on-one relationship with a resident.

Resident referral: to refer a suitable resident to the Community Visitors Scheme, a profile form should be submitted by authorised staff of an Aged Care Facility. Please click here to access the Resident Profile form.
