Emergency Relief

Community Engagement Volunteer

As a community engagement volunteer, you will be required to follow up our Emergency Relief clients after their appointment.  The volunteer will:

• Phone previous clients and follow-up.
• Provide pastoral support to clients to take their next step.

Food Pantry Assistant

As a volunteer in this area, you will help sort and package the food we distribute to people in need.  The volunteer will:

• Receive food orders, stock food into the Emergency Relief pantry and assemble food parcels for distribution.
• Go to Food Bank’s warehouse to pick up additional food as needed.
