Life to the Max is a series of interactive workshops, which uses small group interaction, verbal presentations, dramas and activities to encourage student participation.
Workshop topics include:
- Personal Responsibility
- Self Image
- Leadership
- Risk Taking
- Peer Pressure
These workshops are flexible and can be run as individual 45-minute sessions, as a one-day programme or as a series over a number of weeks. Life to the Max has also been successfully utilised on school camps and retreats.

Roadshow & Life To The Max
We are happy to negotiate a package cost for Roadshow and one or more Life to the Max sessions as a one-day programme.
We are also able to incorporate a lunchtime games/activities session as part of a day's programme.
PHYSI has developed a multi-media presentation called Roadshow. Rather than focussing on symptomatic issues, Roadshow encourages and motivates young people to make positive choices and take control of their future.
Roadshow is written, produced and presented by a volunteer team of young people. This innovative 45-minute presentation uses a variety of elements such as drama, video and live music.
The 2006 Roadshow will focus on 'change'. The theme will address curriculum outcomes in the Values and Health and Physical Education areas, and discuss strategies that can help young people negotiate relationships, conflicts and attitudes at a time in their lives when change is continual and ongoing.
Although changes in society and life choices are occurring at an increasingly rapid pace, it is important for young people to establish their own moral values. Our aim is to encourage young people to develop personal responsibility and self management skills to enable them to positive life choices in a continually changing world.
