The Car Programme provides reliable vehicles to individuals facing difficulty circumstances of financial and domestic hardship. The programme aims to assist recipients in finding stability and viability in helping them improve their situation.

Used cars are donated to the programme which are then assessed by our volunteer team. The ideal car is economical, cost-efficient with minimal electronic features. Repairs are carried out on the vehicle to make it roadworthy and is then gifted to an individual or family in need. If it not cost-effective for a car to be repaired it may be sold for parts.

The programme cannot accept vehicles manufactured before 1996. Maintained by volunteers, the programme operates out of donated workshop space in Canning Vale.

Our current needs are:

  • Financial support to fund operating costs. Donations are tax deductible.
  • Donation of cars or vehicle related products
  • Volunteers to help in the car workshop
  • Use of vacant space for interim car storage

Donated Cars

Other cars that are donated but deemed unsuitable for gifting, in that they may be too difficult or expensive to fix, too many electronics or not fit within the basic needs of a recipient then the car will be sold and the funds used within the car programme.
